Once I received the much anticipated zoom link for the very first class on 21st June 2025, the excitement was palpable; I could say that based on the number of participants that had logged in much before the session began.
Once Marc introduced himself I was more than convinced that this course is right for me. There were many things that I could relate to, especially moving forward with the ever evolving world of communications. I think the abililty to bring to the classroom, a wonderful mix of classic and contemporary, and enhancing that with AI is the need of the hour.
The sessions were buzzing and interactive, and many times it even made me forget that the participants were muted, and our videos were off. Marc introduced us to Notion, and the templates and boxes to tick that he shared with us, I knew instantly, would be immensely useful. Website building isn’t my cup of tea at all, since I have always been into content writing and content creation, that make websites look good, but I did have to go ahead and create a website with a lot of hesitation. Now that the website is here (a paid one that too) I have been playing around; and thanks to Marc’s guidance, AI, Google, and some basic WordPress knowledge that I have, they have been helping me decode the tiny steps. I am sure I’d finally be able to work with the themes I like, once I have practised enough.
It’s a brilliant idea to journal learnings and experiences in a blog format, and on your own website!
